Before the building/development world knew the name Chris Thieneman, football fans knew his name well...Chris played for the University of Louisville Football Team (Was an All American), Dallas Cowboys Football, and the Canadian Football League, to name a few. After football, Thieneman began working in the family real estate business and obtained a real estate license. Thieneman took over the operation of the family business and established his own development company. His developments include manufactured home communities, family-based subdivisions, affordable housing apartments, and office complexes in the Greater Louisville Metro area.
